Production Facilities
Human error prevention
Modern Co., Ltd.’s gas production and filling panel is marked to clearly indicate the flow of gas, and it is easy to verify which gas is opened or closed by operating which valve, thereby preventing accidents caused by producer error.
Automation
The liquefied carbon dioxide filling device was semi-automated by installing an air vise to utilize the recovered carbon dioxide, and all equipment was equipped with vacuum piping to reduce losses during the filling of liquefied argon, nitrogen, and oxygen LGCs. The argon LGC filling station was equipped with automatic valve openers to reduce filling losses and improve productivity.

We have equipped a separate bundle-dedicated filling station for the mass production of Modern's flagship products, helium and argon gases and mixed gases based on them.
We have introduced and installed the first vertically moving bundle charging station in Korea for convenient bundle loading and unloading and safety.
